Thats impossible Microsoft themselves confirmed to only having a 5 million lead over the ps3. So if the xbox is at 19 to 20 million, then the ps3 is at 14 to 15 million.
Yea i believe star ocean is a time exclusive at best.
truth is that this game went multiplatform cause the 360 has a 5 million lead over the ps3 in the NA. And square like any other compamy was to make money. If the ps3 was ahead of the pack, then this game would have remained exclusive.
Under the assumption that this is true, I think sony must have had a talk with them. Because at the press conference they clearly said both version would release day and day together.
I don't understand square they say one thing then they change their mind and say another thing. If they are going to start porting the game once they finish localizing the ps3 version for eu/us release. Why would they hold the ps3 version back til they finish porting the 360 version. It does not make any sense.

The only category that gears is going to win in its sales. that about it. online story and replay value resistance pwns it.
No sony released in its first year rachet and clank and uncharted which are both 1 point away from AAA. and in its second year mgs4 so far. And bioshock is multiplatform. so that does not count.
Don't forget about bioshock thats a AAA title heading to the ps3.
The ps3 is only 5 million behind. Don said it himslef in microsoft press conference. They saw a 10 million lead cut in half.
Gametrailers sure gave a lot of love to the ps3. With lbp killzone and resistance each winning awards. Plus motorstrom almost came close to beating pure, But that one was a close call. I would have personally went with motorstorm but i don't balme them for picking pure. So motorstorm and fat princess came up as runners up.
